The Laparo Cube is an innovative suturing assessment system.  The Laparo Cube provides quantitative measurements and objective feedback along with realistic feel.  The trainees’ personal assessment data can be saved for reviewing and analysis by an instructor.  Real clinical instruments can be used to suture on the realistic and lifelike suturing sheet.

Quantitative feedback combined with Realistic Hands-on Experience – Our system uses five criteria to evaluate laparoscopic suturing skills.  Each criteria has an “acceptable” range based on expert surgeons to help improve performance.

Life-like Intestinal Tract – Intestinal tract has four layers with respective characteristics.  When holding with forceps and suturing, these four layers react like real tissue.

Feedback, Reviewing and Debriefing – Conduct training with our T5-HD Minimally Invasive Training System (MITS) – the newly designed Laparo Cube comes in a more compact set.  Simply set up this assessment system with your 3-Dmed MITS trainer and start training right away.  View your current or past assessment results – Check training performance with the assessment unit, and master the basics of laparoscopic suture.
